Alabama Senator Katie Britt's lies about migrants is right on brand for todays GOP
Boy, all these talking points sound pretty applicable. To a particular individual, that is.
-"bringing crime", "rapists", "thugs" in "caravans" etc..
I have no doubt that Trump was pleased with Britt's performance. It's the ultimate gaslighting for him via proxy, 'cause, ya know, how many (shy of 100) CRIMINAL charges has he currently been charged with?.... And what kind of abuse was he recently found liable of?...And what about that January 6th "tailgate festival gone wrong" at the Capitol? That sure sounds like a CARAVAN, or two....of a bunch of THUGS. Many,l that day looked as if they were going to GenCon, while others had zip ties and weapons. And what Republicans referred to as "a normal tourist day" turned into something extremely violent, and some people died that day from that violence. Some of them even had a noose ready for his own VP, in case good 'ol Mike didn't do as Trump ordered him to do. And then there was the human excrement....
When it comes to mentorships: Roy Cohn, one of the biggest weasels in America's history, was the Mr. Miyagi to Trump's Karate Kid. A star pupil. Only Trump took it even further and is now the Terminator of gaslighting. It'll never end with him. He's incapable of it.
