Housing Action Council announces applications now open online for the Katz-Regan project on Maple St

NEW FAIR AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITY IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON

In the beautiful Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Regan Development is finishing construction of two brand new buildings consisting of 32 rental apartments. The apartments located at 41-51 Maple Street are in a great location across from shopping and bus transportation. The development will have 11 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments, and 11 three-bedroom apartments. All thirty-two rental apartments will be affordable with a range of incomes from 30% to 80% of Westchester AMI. The building design offers quality finishes and amenities, an elevator, community space within the building, and landscaped outdoor recreation spaces including a playground. Additionally, 8,000 square feet of the property is designed for public use as a pocket park at the corner of Municipal Place and Maple Street.
