Food content creation is my full-time job. I work from home and because I live in San Francisco there aren’t a ton of people in the industry that live here. So, it’s always exciting to find another foodie content creator in the Bay that’s down to collab! Nicole and I met at a lab-grown salmon event last year and finally got around to making a recipe together! For those of you who aren’t familiar with her she makes delicious and easy weeknight dinners and desserts on her social media pages and blog! We each cooked up a recipe and made them together and of course mine was a Dense Bean Salad that’s a bit of a twist on her viral La Scala Copycat Salad.
