Monday 4/8/24 Jeopardy! Fashion Recap
It’s Day 14 of the Jeopardy Invitational Tournament! (The second day of the finals.) This is a new format for the finals — “first to two wins”! Similar to the ToC “first to three” (but shorter), this will consist of two, three, or four games.
And then the long-awaited regular games return!
I thought this dress looked familiar - Amy wore it at Jeopardy Honors earlier this year! I love the crochet lace overlay and of course the bright pink colors! It also shows off her Ozma of Oz tattoo.
I was finally able to track down Amy’s Alexia Admor “Raquel” dress on Poshmark (also in size 8)
I had previously found a version in blue,
and a different style (Krissy) in pink.
Love this bright green! Victoria is wearing her nature print blouse from the quarterfinals under a flowy green jacket.
In case you missed it in the quarterfinals, here is her L’Agence silk blouse
She is also wearing the same caffeine necklace she wore in that game (this one, from Made With Molecules, isn’t an exact match but similar!)
I also found a cool laser cut caffeine pendant on Etsy
Victoria let me know that her glasses are an older Francis Klein style (Bercy). Victoria’s are black/grey, but here is an ebay listing for a blue pair.
I’ve been wondering if Andrew was going to wear this tie! He wore it previously in Masters and I am obsessed with it. I believe this is also the suit Andrew wore in his original Season 38 appearance.
Like I said, I’m obsessed with the stripe colors on this Paul Smith tie
Which you may also recognize from a certain other fashionable Jeopardy contestant’s wardrobe!
Just listed a new mug in the shop!
JeoparDAY has passed, but if you’re planning to take the Anytime Test soon, I have some resources for you!
Jeopardy has a Youtube Playlist with previous contestant tests from 2017-2020. I recently put some time into creating this spreadsheet to grade my answers and check my score while practicing with those videos. Feel free to make a copy and use it for yourself! There is a separate tab for each video test.
watch the test video with the spreadsheet side-by-side
type your answers into the spreadsheet
when you're done, unhide the answer column
check the boxes for correct answers
the sheet will calculate your score (35+ is widely rumored to be "passing")
