By the way, I loved the fake punt in this game. Not just because it was awesome, but because it was so low risk. I mean, in the grand scheme of things, you are ahead, playing the Jets, and at midfield, so the defense is likely to stop them even if you fail because, well, the Jets. There was not really a downside.
And now every team we play knows we have that in the bag, and we should be able to get better releases and coverage from our gunners because nobody will want to be pantsed like that. Plus, if complacency were ever to be an issue, doing something like that to fire up the team put that to rest. We really are becoming the villains of the league.
