What's For Lunch: SnackQween - by Kathryn Winn
Jen Curley lives in Orange county with her husband and son. She spends her days taking care of her family and hanging out with her girlfriends and most importantly eating. She rose to prominence over the pandemic eating a multitude of fast food snacks. Jen had an eating disorder and was using her growing platform to help others by eating their fear foods. She was skinny, she was beautiful, she had a perfect life and here she was eating multiple crunch wrap supremes and a doritos locos taco. She happily obliged people’s requests to watch her eat Dairy Queen Blizzards and Big Macs. She was always kind and understanding but kept the mood light. Unless she needed to address hate or bullying, as most creators often do. She was never cloying or over caring. She was a nice lady happy to eat cheap fatty foods to make you feel less alone.

As the pandemic went on and her following grew, her content shifted. She moved away from taking requests for snacks that other people wanted to eat and just started talking about food in general She has also pivoted to a more realistic version of her diet. It is not all Taco Bell and Mcdonalds anymore. She cooks all kinds of foods for her family. I can think of no better way to describe the food she makes than regular. She is not trying to sell me on keto or low carb or healthy. She makes food that people want to eat from what she has in her fridge. She seems to be a very talented cook with a love for trying new things and most importantly, eating.
To best get in the mind of Jen Curley, the snackqween I made her sauce.
